Upcoming Living Pink Pageant creator featured on TV

Today our executive director, Jackie Ostrom, and Miss Vivian LeCher, of LeCher Productions were on TV Tacoma’s CITYLINE talking about the upcoming Living Pink Pageant. This inspiring event is on Saturday, April 5th, and will celebrate local breast cancer survivors and raise funds for diagnostic breast imaging for underserved patients at the breast center.

We enjoyed our host Amanda Westbrooke and had so much fun with the other local business representatives featured on today’s show.

There are four 15 minute segments in the video clip below. Today’s show featured Metro Parks Tacoma in the first segment; our friend Ben Spradling from the Tacoma Rainiers in the second segment; Jackie and Vivian in the third segment; and the Tacoma Events Commission in the fourth – with local 16-year-old musical phenom Nolan Garrett performing a bluesy song at the very end.  Well worth the wait!
