Leanne Noren

As Executive Director, Leanne is one of the key leadership team members of the Carol Milgard Breast Center. She manages the collaboration among the breast center’s partners, provides oversight and management of operations, oversees philanthropy and community outreach, and supports the breast center’s mission.

She has a wealth of experience in non-profit executive leadership. Prior to joining the breast center, Leanne worked with the American Lung Association for 18 years where she began her career by coordinating lung disease education groups and asthma camps for children. In 2009, Leanne was the founding Executive Director of a nonprofit designed to connect doctors with patients at little to no cost called Pierce County Project Access (PCPA). Since the program’s inception, more than 3,000 have been served through PCPA.

A 1990 graduate of University of Puget Sound, Leanne earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology. She is an Olympia native and resides in University Place with her husband and three children.
