Non-Discrimination Policy

In accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Carol Milgard Breast Center (“CMBC”) does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the provision of its medical services.  CMBC will provide patients with disabilities, including mobility disabilities, the same options for scheduling Saturday appointments as are provided to patients without disabilities.  To ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided equivalent access to service, CMBC will make reasonable modifications to its policies, practices, or procedures when necessary to provide its medical services to individuals with disabilities, unless such modifications would fundamentally alter the nature of its medical services or prohibited by applicable law.
